The team showed up precisely on time at 8:00 AM and promptly got to work on the outside of the windows as well as the screens and window tracks . Upon completion of that they came inside and cleaned the inside windows and sills. They were very thorough and I was amazed at how fantastic my clean windows look! I might have been able to do this myself, but they took about two hours and the outcome was better than I hoped for. If I had done it, it would have taken me days to try to get the windows streak free. Will definitely use Patriot Window Cleaning again!
From first reaching out about a quote, to the actual appointment, we had great communication with Johnny. He was able to squeeze us in before we were expecting company the following week, wich was much appreciated! Him and Kyle showed up on time and got straight to work. We had the house power washed (including porch and walkway), followed by having our windows and screens cleaned, inside and out. I loved the attention to detail, including washing all the tracks that hold the screens. The house is sparkling clean, they really did an amazing job, and for a fair price! Kyle and Erica did a OUTSTANDING job on our home with over 80 windows. They exhibited a professional attitude and a sincere desire to please. They even pointed out a couple of manufacturer’s defects that I can now bring up with our suppliers, since the windows and doors are still under warranty. We purchased the premium service of window cleaning inside and outside together with window track cleaning. Johnny and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished in less than 2 1/2 hours. The crew members were professional, courteous and got right to work with no dilly dallying.
