Came early which is on time. Clean all windows and even spent extra time removing the cement that had splashed on the windows & no extra charges were added. Excellent job and highly recommended.

The team was very respectful of the house, wearing footwear covers to protect floors. We asked to be placed on their 6-month, residential schedule.

This is our 2nd time using Patriot’s services. This time it was to wash our wood fencing in preparation of staining. They did such a good job of cleaning I didn’t even want to stain afterwards. Patriot was considerate of overspray and even cleaned some windows as part of their tear down. He used the minimum power necessary to prevent the wood from fraying.
